Erectors
Progress tray erectors are with direct feed from the pallet.
The machines are designed to randomly process blanks from multiple corrugated suppliers.
The maximum pallet height corresponds to the maximum capacity of the corrugated suppliers.
The pallet is loaded using a standard pallet truck.
Closing machines
Progress closing machines are lidding machines with or without height reduction.
A patented innovation keeps the machine clean thanks to four horizontally firing glue guns.
Another patented innovation allows for the processing of excessively deformed boxes after picking.
Durrenberg offers two solutions for height reduction:
- By folding : Progress Protec. The excess cardboard above the products is folded over.
- By cutting : Progress Clear. The excess cardboard above the products is cut and removed to a nearby container or towards a baler.
