  • Progress tray erectors are with direct feed from the pallet.

  • The machines are designed to process randomly blanks from multiple corrugated suppliers.

  • The maximum pallet height corresponds to the maximum capacity of the corrugated suppliers.


  • The pallet is loaded through a standard pallet jack.

Closing machines

Progress closing machines are lidding machines with or without height reduction.

A patented innovation keeps the machine clean thanks to four glue guns only and shooting horizontally.

Another patented innovation allows for the processing of excessively deformed boxes after picking.

Durrenberg offers two solutions for height reduction:

  • By folding : Progress Protec. The excess cardboard above the products is folded over the products.
  • By cutting : Progress Clear. The excess cardboard above the products is cut and removed to a nearby container or towards a baler.
